Is anyone not doing a birth plan?

I’m undecided on whether I should be making one or not? There are a few things I’m adamant on, but I feel like those things I’m going to be asked about anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️ For the most part, I just want a healthy baby and will do anything for that!
I feel like I’m the only one without a birth plan still and I’m being induced Tuesday!

Sitting here in labor as I write this and no birth plan. Just doing what my doctor recommends for me and my baby.

I gave birth yesterday, I did not have a birth plan. I read and prepared myself for all possibilities. Went in telling the nurse yes I want and epidural, baby is in a funny position and measuring big but as long as it is safe I want to vaginally deliver but I trust you and my dr. Everything went great, nurse was awesome and made me push like hell to make sure I got to deliver vaginally. 💪🏻🥰

I don’t have one! If I were to have one and things didn’t go as I planned it would lead to unnecessary anxiety for me. I trust my doctor and I trust that Gods plan will be perfect and my baby boy will be strong and healthy. 💙

Don’t worry!
I didn’t have one for my first and don’t for this one either. We (hubby and I) made a few decisions together ahead of time on things we wanted or not- circumcision, cord blood, etc that the docs needed to know earlier rather than later. But other stuff we were open minded about like pain management - I went in with an open mind and basically said tell me if we hit a point where it’s now or never for the epidural so I can decide. Haha. I ended up deciding to get one well before that moment.
Just ask questions along the way and trust your team.

Didn't make one last time and haven't made one this time. I found out everything I would put on one is already standard procedure at the hospital I'm delivering at.

Giving birth on the 5th to my 5th baby and only with my first I had one. No epidural natural birth but that went to hell when I was 4 hours into pushing and he wasn’t coming out. So csection it was.

I did not have one. But yes they will ask you when you go in about certain things. My birth plan was to get baby out safely. I just put my faith in the drs and nurses and trusted that with their expertise and experiences that  they know the best way to go about getting this baby out safely more than I do.
