How I started my periods up!
Sounds weird, but I did lol
I'm 5 months Postpartum and still breastfeeding. I eat very heathly and in small amounts so I could lose weight. I had to up my healthy fat intake and sugar intake.

I do still workout, but Ive taken it down a notch so I could get my body out of the weightloss phase.
