Need energy and sleep
I’ve been struggling to sleep. I can’t fall asleep or stay asleep So I was prescribed trazadone for sleep and I had horrible side effects. I was sweating and my heart was racing. So I stopped that. My doctor wants me to try another pill but after the trazadone I refuse. I tried melatonin 5 mg with no help. I’ve tried benedryl and it keeps me awake. Anyone try cbd oil? I need sleep.
