Anyone else suffering from a summer cold?

Currently in my 3rd day of feeling like crap! 13w3d and still slight nausea however to add I am suffering with a sore throat and blocked nose but now mucus built in my throat 😫🤢 
Anyone got any home remedies safe with  pregnancy for common cold? I’m currently smothered my throat chest and nose with vix vapour rub!

I have congestion as a symptom. I feel like my state of being is a constant cold. The doctor said mucinex and saline nasal spray, humidifier at night are what he recommends as safe.

The neti pot is great for a blocked nose.

If you can do tea we like boiling some oregano and adding honey and lemon. Helps thin out mucus
