How do you find time to eat..
Ever since I’ve given birth I honestly haven’t eaten anything. It’s been 3 weeks.. I just don’t have the time. I’m either feeding my baby, changing her diaper, pumping, cleaning or napping when I get the chance. Eating is always the last thing on my mind and if I do go try to eat something my baby ends up waking up screaming and crying. I am drained. I know I need to eat. I know it’s a sign of postpartum depression but I don’t know what to do 😭 it also doesn’t help that literally everything sounds so unappetizing to me.
