How to just workout whether I’m motivated to do it or not!!!!
I want to get fit, I want to look sexy and build muscle!!! BUT I HATE EXERCISING 😖😖 and I hate that I hate it. It’s so boring and sometimes I don’t even feel better afterwards...I feel tired! Like I legit yawn and feel sleepy guys. From my teen years until now I’ve never successfully kept up a workout routine. The longest I’ve gone is maybe like a few days a week for 2 weeks. I’m so tired of myself bc lazy, tired, unmotivated etc. joining a gym is difficult bc I have 2 kids and it’s just not possible. But if it’s up to myself to motivate and show up it’s not gonna last. After so many experiences of not keeping up with what I start I’m feeling so frustrated and like what’s the point I’ll end up stopping. Plz does anyone have any experience and/or have any advice for me?
