About 2-3 days ago I started to have really bad cramping but only have had light brown bleeding not enough to fill a tampon and still having really bad cramps.

This came out of me today. I’m on the pill and it wasn’t timing for my period as it is usually like clock work

My doctor hasn’t gotten back to me and other clinics won’t take me in until Tuesday if anyone can tell me what it could possibly be and lead me towards a direction it’d be much appreciated during this time 😔
