Clogged ducts?!?

Ok, I keep getting clogged milk ducts and they are so painful! My pediatrician/lactation coach said I need to feed her in different positions and massage it out. There has to be something else to prevent them????

Nursing in a different position really helps too if you have a clogged duct on a specific side. (I always got clogged ducts on the outside of my breast by my armpit, I would nurse my baby in the side hold position instead of cradle hold and worked like a charm.)
And a hot shower and massage your breast, try to expel the blockage. Good luck!

I used warm compress pads. Even warm/hot towel can help while massaging
