CRY FOR HELP

Ladies I need help ASAP please I now tried everything. I have a vaginal boil that wouldn’t go away and I even went to the doctor and she gave me ointment and it’s still there. Mind you it’s been 4 weeks and it’s still there any at home remedies besides a warm compress please help. It drained before but it wouldn’t go away and I’m really tempted to get a safety pin and puncture it 😭😭
