Depends on the period. Sometimes i have salt cravings,sometimes chocolate but most of the time its cheese!! Lots and lots of cheese!

Is it weird to crave savory? Like Italian food or my favorite dinners? Haha, I always crave Italian Chicken and for some odd reason bagels.

I don't understand why not a lot of people eat ice cream on their period. My purpose was to see if anybody other than myself craves ice cream too. Rocky Road ice cream is my go to when I'm on my period.

Your pill should consist of sweets savory or alcohol. Chocolate and ice cream fall in same category. And chips suck lol but I'm a savory girl. Don't care for sweets.
