Had a chemical last month :(

This is our 7th cycle ttc #2.

I want to try something different this month and see if it helps. I've bought a BBT thermometer, I've never temped before. Can anyone explain what to do to me please? I've tried googling but I'm getting conflicting answers, do orally, under arm, vaginally.. I don't want to mess it up.

Any advice will be grately appreciated x
