So I’m supposed to be 6w 2d today. I’m not 100% sure.. my ob is very horrible at telling me how far along I am.

My first apt I had ultrasound on the 20th to confirm pregnancy etc. I saw gestational sac, yolk sac and a very tiny dot. Abdominal

Fast forward, I went to a private scan the 25th they did a vaginal ultrasound I measured 5w 6d, no heartbeat seen yet but baby was definitely a little bigger.

Fast forward to the 2nd, I got to the same exact private clinic. Measuring 5w 6d but there was a heartbeat this time (90 bpm) they said that was good..the measuring last time might of been off.

My ob did an ultrasound again yesterday, told me I was about 6w 6d (without measuring) told me my babies heartbeat looked slow and that it could stop (without measuring) I told her I was only 6w 1d going by vaginal private ultrasounds I had. An she said from the ultrasound on the 20th I measured 5w 6d but they never even measured anything..so I just ignore my ob office? Or should I be concerned my baby is measuring like this with a (low) heartbeat? I also have a SCH that’s been causing bleeding:/
