He has to live his own life. He will find that out for himself and learn and grow in the process. 
It’s normal that you want to protect your brother but hatred is unnecessary. Just don’t be friends with her 🤷🏽‍♀️

You should share your concerns with your brother, but in a still supportive way- and then I'd say, it's his choice and people sometimes have to learn it themselves. But we all make our own choices. 
But if you see her behaving inappropriately, say something privately to him. Just your regular "hey that's not normal or healthy in a relationship & she shouldn't treat you that way."
From there it's really his business & choice, but to protect him, you do have to call out red flags or inappropriate behavior.
If there is no visible inappropriate behavior, then you probably should back off and try to work through your own things- sometimes people judge each other unfairly. 
I'm definitely harder on people who date my brother, and he is way worse when it comes to me... he literally used to seethe with rage over anyone I dated. But to be fair I made some questionable choices 🙃
So when my brother dates people who aren't good enough for him, im really nice about it because the opposite feels really bad- but I'm only going to call out toxic behaviors, and nicely.
