How I lowered my cholesterol naturally
Hey Ladies. Just wanted to show a quick side by side of blood work I did around 3.5 months apart from each other. I've cut out around 90% of animal products including dairy. I've also increased omega 3 daily and my cholesterol levels have dropped drastically. My LDL is still really high and I don't really understand why that isn't coming down, I'm working my ass off to get these numbers down. So while I'm proud of myself it's also a bit disappointing seeing the bad cholesterol levels so high 😢
