I got pregnant with my first without even trying in 3 months. It took me 18 months, tracking everything, multiple tests, a PCOS diagnosis, and numerous negative to get pregnant with #2, this time I tracked my ovulation and used PreSeed and we got pregnant the first month. You just never know, just because it was easy once doesn't mean it will be every time but don't give up!!
