Advice on supplements please
Hello again! I posted last month, our first month of 'properly' trying for a baby. It was my first time tracking my cycle (on this app) so I know I can't take it as gospel, but my cycle was 27 days long. I don't know for sure if/when I ovulated - I was checking CM but it felt a bit hit and miss so I bought some OPK's for this month. Anyway, I'll get to the point. I'm taking Pregnacare Conception and I'm drinking 2-3 cups of Red Raspberry Leaf Tea a day, eating a handful of Brazil nuts and eating oily fish because I read all those things help when you're trying to conceive. I stopped drinking about 2 months ago (I was a pretty regular drinker - the 'couple of glasses to unwind after work most nights' type) and I've almost cut out caffeine (MUCH harder than ditching the wine! I'm down to 1 cup of full-day coffee a day now) I've read about Cassava supplements to aid ovulation, has anyone had any success/problems with this? Thanks xx
