Am I able to take Tylenol extra strength for headaches?

Currently 35+4 and doctor told me to take Tylenol for headaches but he didn’t specify if I should take the regular or extra strength.

Tylenol PM is safe for pregnancy is taken per the instructions on the bottle. It is just acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine (Benadryl),  both safe for pregnancy

You can take paracetamol/acetaminophen that is what regulat Tylenol is, but the Tylenol pm has something extra, that as far as I know is not advised.
