Blood pressure high? 138/78

My blood pressure is normally 120/77 area. I am now 37 weeks pregnant and my blood pressure is 138/78. Should I be concerned?

Keep an eye on it. I was in the same exact situation. My blood pressure kept going up at my last few appointments and then at my 34 week appointment my blood pressure was high and now I’ve been diagnosed with preeclampsia 😕

If it is just elevated my dr said they wouldn’t worry but if it does get in the high range they monitor really well. And if you have any swelling, headaches, or blurry vision, then that is more reason for concern. The concern is preclampsia

The bottom number is the one to watch more closely, the top number fluctuates a lot more with your day-to-day activities.
