Workout advice.

I carry my weight all in my back and my mid section, since having a baby im 190lbs (and 5'3 😕) my tummy is super saggy, like REALLY saggy. I have fibromyalgia so really hard workouts are not great for me, anything really strenuous will make my body hate me, does anyone have good workouts at the gym or at home that dont involve running, anything hard on the feet or hands? I havent worked out in a long time, but ive always had a tummy even when i was a kid, i want to work my way up to a good workout but start out slow so i dont get discouraged. I find every workout i find doesnt really work on the mid section or back fat so i really could use some advice! Especially on tightening up the tummy, i eat relatively good but im having a hard time loosing weight (was 150lbs before baby) please share any success stories or any advice.
