I have no idea why it’s red/dark around the top bead! I don’t know if it’s just healing or what

Thats definetly not normal, piercings, especially new ones, aren’t supposed to do that. Try cleaning it and moving the piercing around everyday for about 3 days, if it stills looks like that you should see a doctor as I don’t know how to treat infections. Make sure when you have any new piercing to always clean it with alcohol and try moving it around to make sure your piercing is healing correctly.
