Bleeding around ovulation after D&C

I had a D&C on Aug 7th, lost baby at 8 weeks, found out at 9 weeks. I believe I am approaching ovulation again via cervical fluid/lh testing. And I am bleeding a little now. Most of the blood is in the cervical fluid, not much hit the liner but there are clots when I go to the bath room. I wonder if it’s because the cervix is opening and softening as I get close to ovulation?

Has this happened to anyone? The blood is red and it’s not like pink tinged or brown, it’s red blood.
