Losing weight( weight loss rant)
I've been consistent with my workouts but not my diet. I literally have been working out since May for 5-6 days a week and was doing nothing before that. I do 45 min of cardio and 15 min strength/ weights. I never jumped on the scale until yesterday Sept 5, after one of my brothers friends made a comment that it looked like I had put on weight vs. lost weight and to my surprise I was only down 8lbs. Ive only lost 8lbs since May...4 months of 45-60 min workouts 5-6 days a week and I'm only down 8lbs 😡😡. I was expecting to see at least a 15lb weight loss. I literally could put that weight back on in a matter of a month if I just gave up. I hate that it's sooo hard for me to lose weight but very easy for me to gain. I'm guessing that my diet is sabotaging my weight loss goals. I try to watch what I eat and do count calories and know that more than half the week I go over my 1200 allotment . Please share your weight loss secrets,food ,exercise routines? What has helped you most to achieve your weight loss goal? I'm Soo embarrassed and feeling like a failure 🥺 but I won't give up . I guess I better focus on my diet better 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️.
