You should tell your parents so you can get on birth control. At least tell them your periods are excruciating and get on it. I was on birth control from 13-18 to manage my periods and it kept me from getting pregnant. I lost my virginity at 13. I do not recommend you do that. I was too young to be doing what I was doing and it really messed with my head and how I valued myself. You are worth more than what you can offer someone with your body. Okay? Now go tell your parents you think you're pregnant. If you don't want to do that then you should make sure you have no way of getting pregnant either by abstaining completely or by using birth control.
