I have the worst hip pain when I walk , turn or even go to sit 😩 it’s so bad I’m so close to leaving my job , crying 😒💯

Even though my job usually requires me to be at the office, my boss has been kind enough to let me work from home when it’s too difficult/painful to commute. 
Luckily I saved all my annual vacation so I only need to work for 2 more weeks.

Are you already using a belly band or (if you are into this) seeing a chiropractor? Does your doctor know or have any advice? Maybe for the remaining 2 months your job can help with some accommodations?

Have you tried doing some stretches or some prenatal yoga? I try to stretch daily to help with back/hip pain. I go on YouTube and search prenatal yoga.. great videos
