Weird abdominal cramps
Anyone else get a “twisted knot” type cramp on their lower abdomen after a c-section? I’m 3 months postpartum and I’ve been getting this almost every time I stretch my abdomen. Feels like a Charlie Horse in my lower left quadrant.
