Weird Bump

So I am 1 week PP and I have been having a hard time recovering with this one. I had an all natural birth and now I’m currently experiencing pain from my stitches. I have a little bump at the bottom of the opening of my vagina before my stitches start. It’s really tender and hurts occasionally. I don’t go back to see my GYN for another 3 weeks.
