Baby uses me as a pacifier all night

Gonna start by saying ❗️Not looking for advice to stop bed sharing or negative comments about bedsharing ❗️

I need some tips on how to deal with a baby who uses me as a pacifier all night. He is 3 months old and we bedshare because he got very attached to me since the beginning. He has reflux so as a newborn I held him upright for 20-30 min after feeding him to help with his spit up. Naturally I would fall asleep from being so tired and we got into a habit of sleeping together, and he will not sleep without being right next to me. I tried the bassinet over and over for weeks before being so exhausted every day and night that I just put him to sleep in bed next to me.

Bed sharing doesn’t bother me BUT he uses my nipple as a pacifier almost the entire night and is reluctant to use an actual pacifier. My nipples are getting sore and I basically have to stay on my side the whole night. I need help finding something for him to use instead of my nipple at night. What pacifiers do your babies like if they prefer the your real nipple instead?
