How much breastmilk to freeze for stash?

I ebf my baby. I save some in the fridge for my husband to feed her while im at work. I mainly use a haaka on my other boob while she is feeding and can get 2 to 5 oz in one feeding. Ive only used my pump like twice but will need to more because i started work and find my boobs hurt if i go for a few hours.

I have some saved in the fridge but stopped making bags to put in the fridge a while ago. I was reading/ watching videos and people say thwy have like 200 bags or more saved in freezer.

Is that normal or overkill?

How much is a good amount to save?

My husband things it's ok to not save more cause my supply is good but im worried it could just stop.
