Mucus plug & bleeding ?

I’m 37 weeks + 5 days , I woke up to use the bathroom and felt something coming out ; like a clear , stretchy jelly ; it smell like sperm. Didn’t smell nothing bad . Then few minutes later went to the bathroom again and saw a bit of blood after wiping . It means I’m near labor ? Or it’s a early sign . I don’t feel myself right now I’m concern . Plus it’s Labor Day and my clinic will be closed today, I don’t know what to do . Plus I feel a bit cramping like my period is coming .
