Yeast infection?

Is it possible to have a yeast infection without the discharge? The outer area of my vagina has been hurting the past few days and I thought it was from rough sex but it’s not getting better. It looks a bit red and hurts but that’s my only symptoms. It’s not an std. I’ve been married for 4 years.

Yes. I have had a yeast infection before and never noticed discharge but would have burning or irritation down there, some itchiness

It definitely can be a yeast infection! I get them semi-regularly and rarely have discharge I can see on my underwear. Normally I have pain, itching, redness and pain with sex. If you've ever had one before, you'll know what it is lol that being said, if you've never had one before I suggest going to your Dr so you can get tested and get the best meds for it rather than trying an over the counter med.
