Ovary Removed at 2 wks Pregnant

Two days after my positive pregnancy test with baby number 3, was one of the scariest of my life. (Picture is of baby 2.)I was out running errands and suddenly felt really sick. I dropped everything, ran to my car, pulled my mask down, and blew groceries all over the parking lot, like a lady. This was followed by some intense nausea and low stomach pain. I went home and called my doctor and after hours of waiting to hear back, decided to head into the ER. After more hours of waiting, and lots of tests, with worsening pain and struggling to breathe, they told me that I had a twisted ovary and I would need immediate emergency surgery. When they went in for surgery they discovered I had a 6 cm mass on my ovary that had caused it to flip and rupture, and I had a blood clot and a LITER of blood loss from internal bleeding.

They removed my left ovary, and Fallopian tube. They are not sure whether or not my pregnancy is still viable. So now I wait until Tuesday when I can go in to check my hgc levels. Has anyone ever been through this?
