Too small baby

So I had a growth ultrasound on monday. Apparently at my last appointment, 27 weeks, he was measuring at little small at 1 lb 3 oz but nor enough for concern. At 31+3 he only weighed 2 lbs 15 oz. They said he's under 5% now in size. I have to be heavily monitored. My daughter was small as well but never this small. I'm super worried. I'm doing everything I can: resting, taking my viatmins, eating plenty.

Has anyone else had this issue? A friend was told if her son got under 5% they'd discuss steroid shots and early delivery. I meet with the genetic counselor monday and will probably be told the same.

So what did you little ones weigh around the same time and if you had this issue before how did it turn out?
