Menstrual Cups
Hey! I'm looking for some info on the menstrual cups. At the moment I'm using tampons but a lot of people are recommending the cup. My current issues with tampons is I forget they're there which really isn't a good thing... So a few questions if anyone could answer for me?
1. How long can you keep them in for?
2. How do you deal with washing them/cleaning them in public?
3. How do you take them out without it getting too messy?
Any other pros or cons you could tell me about? Thank you!
