3 Months postpartum and looking for weight-loss advice

Im currently 3 months postpartum and looking for some advice to help me lose the rest of my baby weight. A little back story about myself. Im 30 years old, weighing 146 lbs at 5'5 currently. I have had 3 back to back pregnancies within the past few years. In 2017 was pregnant with my daughter(delivered her at 26 weeks) so only 20 lbs gained there, lost that easily. In 2018 started that pregnancy at 130 lbs delivered baby at 196. I had taken hormones etc during that high risk pregnancy after losing my daughter. Although, the weight came off fairly fast within the first 5 months postpartum. I have lost over 60 lbs at two different times in my life so i understand what it takes to lose the weight...but unfortunately with this last pregnancy i started out weighing 137, delivered at 179 and now at 3 months postpartum im weighing 146.5 lbs. Im trying very hard to get back to the 130 mark just to feel normal again. For some reason all the methods I've used in the past is not working this time. I lift weights 3-4 times a week with at least 3 days of walking/cardio through out the week as well. I have also decreased my calories tremendously. Im not breastfeeding with this baby. The scale does not want to seem to budge the past couple weeks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
