My first cycle trying to use Pre-seed for TTC

I used it internally and it worked the first month we used it. We had tried without it for 5 months and I was using OPK's and BBT charting, but pre seed was the missing ingredient I think.

If you are using it because you don't produce your own fertile cm, you should use it internally with the provided applicators. I find that the recommended amount is a little much so I use a little less. If you have no problems with your cm production, using it internally will just create a huge mess so if you feel like you really want to use it, I would reccomend just a little bit externally. However, you should keep in mind that if you produce plenty of your own cm, preseed isn't going to help you get pregnant. All it is is a lube that won't kill sperm and nothing more. My fertility specialist told me that there is no evidence to support claims that it "helps" people get pregnant and those who do get pregnant with it, likely would've gotten pregnant without it. 
From personal experience, we've been using preseed and like sperm friendly lubes recommended by my fertility specialist for 9 months because after my last miscarriage I've been having a hard time producing my own cm. I am still not pregnant.

Injected and used as regular lube.
I got pregnant first month using it.
Maybe a coincidence 🤷🏻‍♀️
