Weight loss/pregnancy
Hi all! I just had a question! Has anyone lost weight during pregnancy? I’m 13 weeks today and before I got pregnant I was running 6 miles a day! I was very fit and weighed around 107-110 lbs. I was super tired and not feeling well in the beginning of this pregnancy and I stopped running for a bit. Due to the complete stop, I gained some weight (which I know is normal in pregnancy but if I was still running I probably wouldn’t have gained as much) Im sitting around 115-117 lbs now and I’m just feeling very uncomfortable with my body. Feeling lose and just gross. I’m ready to start running again and am hoping my legs will slim back down a little bit. Is this something that’s possible for me to do? I eat healthy too!
