Implantation bleed? Ttc #1

Hi all! I don't have anyone to ask because we're trying to keep it secret! Our families think we're waiting for awhile... But my fertile window was about 5-6 days ago and 8 days before AF... I got a good amount of discharge this afternoon and brown spotting just a little bit ago. Is it too early for implantation bleeding? Never had spotting before my period before! My stomach has also felt a little off today? Just wondering because I'm hoping/praying!
