So I can't have deli turkey...
Prior to this I literally ate a turkey wrap for lunch every single day during the week! Everything I read says you can't have deli stuff without hearing it up to steaming first (ew). Salads are going to get old fast. So what I would like to know is-- does this also apply to the pre-cooked refrigerated Perdue chicken in a bag? Is the danger the possible listeria bacteria from the meat being cold or from being on the deli slicers?
