So at 6:25 my water started leaking and at 7:30 I called the doctor because it was gushing a bit. They told me to come in, no contractions at this point. I got two tests done that said my water had not broken and I am only 1 cm 50% effaced. They said they’re probably going to send me home, then about a half hour later they came in and did an ultrasound to measure the fluid inside the sac, said it was very low meaning I was leaking for awhile apparently. They’ve now decided to keep me and induce me and IM SCARED OUT OF MY MIND! I’ve been on the pitocin for about a half hour now. I’m scared it’s going to be extra painful. This wasn’t how I imagined I’d give birth but I’m excited to meet her..
