Keto and nutrisystem help

So my mom bought me a two month supply of nutrisystems and I just am having trouble sticking to it. I really want to lose the weight I’m just a stressed working freshman college girl at this point so I just tell myself for working hard I deserve this ( aka not nutrisystem food) and regret it later

I thought about doing KETO again

I did it for about two months and lost 20 pounds before my junior year of high school So I’m debating on either trying to finish up nutrisystem then do keto or keto first

What should I do
