Birthday Help!!

So I’m super behind the ball with my son’s birthday 🤦🏻‍♀️

He turns one on Saturday, 9/12! For his actual birthday, we’re heading to the zoo, but will be celebrating with close family members on the 19th (my mom won’t be able to make it back home until then).

My dilemma is that I’m trying to find a creative way to announce Baby #2 at his party. Originally I was thinking about doing a general sports type theme: having him wear a jersey looking T-shirt through the cake smash that would read “01 BIRTHDAY BOY” (01 larger, words under smaller) & then changing him into “01 BIG BROTHER” after, but I don’t know if I love it.

Does anyone have any suggestions?? I don’t care if there’s a whole theme or anything with it, we don’t typically go crazy with decorations.
