Vitex after miscarriage

Hi,

I just started taking vitex after my miscarriage to normalize my hormones and my periods since my miscarriage. It was my first miscarriage and I just want my hormones to get back to normal. How long did it take you ladies to get back to normal and conceive after?

I’m wondering if my hormones are still out of balance, can I still conceive?
