I'm so urked

How do i go from being 2cm dilated and 70% effaced last Monday and i lost my mucus plug and bloody show to now i go to my appointment today and im 100% effaced and not dilated at all smdh i dont understand i thought i was making progress i been walking, sex, and bouncing on my yoga ball and drinking raspberry tea leaf and really thought i was making progress and i just dont understand how i can go backwards ugh 38+5 today n really hoping he doesn't make me go past my due date
