Gender reveal

My sister and I are both pregnant and she just had her gender reveal this weekend. They shot a ball that exploded blue to reveal the gender it was just really cool and great. I’m not going to find out my gender for another 2 months so until then I’m just kinda looking for ideas. I was considering a piñata but now my husband wants to do the same thing and shoot 😭 the issue is it just looks like we’re just copying exactly off of them if we do the same exact thing.

Any suggestions? Since he wants something to explode?
