Vaginal delivery after 4th degree tear
Has anyone had a vaginal delivery after 4th degree tears with previous birth?
Consultant says I should have c section as if I try naturally it could leave me incontinent (in the bowels)

Don't want a c section but don't want to cause damage either sigh
