When to do a blood test?

I tested for pregnancy by blood the day my period was suppose to come & it was negative. Was that to Early? Now that I’m 8 days late, Im thinking i should test again.

I would do another blood test if your last one was 8 days ago. You can also take a home pregnancy test

Blood tests can be costly and I'm surprised your doctor was ok with you getting a blood test so early. Usually they want to wait 2-3 weeks past your missed period. Cheap pregnancy tests or buying pregnancy strips in bulk can save you money.
