Frustration with OBGYN

I have had Paraguard for a little over a year now... I check my string regularly with the exception of my last cycle as it was from hell and I just didn't want to deal with it I am 22 months pp and have only had 4 periods since October 2017 (pcos, miscarriage, pregnancy, breastfeeding). The four cycles I have had started in April of this year and were fairly consistent until July... 16 days really heavy and lots of cramping. Well I am now pretty late and didn't think anything of it since I have pcos and an IUD, until I had one day of brown spotting on Aug 28 (which was the start of a 10 day trip to Cancun). I checked for the string after a couple of days of not starting my period. I couldn't find it, I asked my husband to see if he could find it... nope. So I sent a message to my doctor (as calling wasn't really an option) it is now September 8th and I have still not heard from my doctor. At this point I am going to call them tomorrow after I take a pregnancy test because, I feel like I really could be....

Kinda just needed to vent this out.
