My daughter is 3 1/2 weeks old now. From the start we've been very successful at breastfeeding. Her latch is great! However, the last few days it seems every time SHE breaks the latch she starts crying! I try to burp her and she calms down and then we go back to the breast. I've pretty much been only feeding her doing the cradle hold... Today I've tried switching her to the football hold and she seems to responding pretty well to it. But again, when she breaks the latch she starts crying. She'll calm down if I put her up on my shoulder. I just don't know what it is that's making her cry every time. Just looking for some advice from other mommys out there who maybe have had similar experiences? I'm a first time mom!!
