No infertility coverage.

Okay so here’s my short story... I was married at 22 and we conceived on our honeymoon. That ended in a missed miscarriage followed by 3 more missed miscarriages. Total of 4. We got divorced. I gave up on having children since my ex went on to have 2 kids immediately after with someone else. I figured the problem was with me. I’d had every test under the sun done with no diagnosis. I finally met my love and we got married 2 years ago. I stopped bc but we weren’t actively trying until this past year. I’m 38 now and he’s 48. Considering I’ve already been tested for most fertility problems, what should I ask for from a fertility specialist. I have no fertility coverage so I worry about costs... advice???
