Back pain and mild cramps at 12 weeks pregnant
Dear ladies,
I will 12 weeks pregnant in two days. I am experience back pain and mild cramps (on and off).
No spotting or bleeding.
Is this normal? I am lil worried that these are signs of missed miscarriage.
